I'm a breathwork facilitator and a working witch, and a few years ago I was exactly where you are.

I disappeared inside motherhood. I don't want you to, and neither do your kids.

The Inner Village is breathwork shaped to the lunar cycle, with a thread of the witchy woven through, designed for working mums with 20 minutes after bedtime and a very low tolerance for things that don't actually help.

Single Breathwork Session

A single 60-minute breathwork 1:1 session, on Zoom, from wherever you are.

We start with where the moon is and where you are, because both matter, and one usually explains the other. You tell me what's been heavy this week. I lead you through a breath practice shaped to the moment: sometimes activating, sometimes settling, depending on what your nervous system actually needs and what the cycle is asking for.

We close with a small ritual or practice you can carry into the next few days. Nothing complicated. Nothing that needs candles you don't own. Just something to anchor what shifted.

Most women arrive feeling wired, scattered, or low. Most leave about three notches steadier in their body, sleeping better that night, snapping less the next morning, clearer about what they actually need this week.

I'm a working witch, and that's woven into how I hold a session, the lunar framing, the ritual close, the way I work with the energy in the room (even on Zoom). You don't need to share any of my beliefs for it to work. But if you've ever suspected there's more to the moon than a nice photo opportunity, you might find this feels oddly familiar.

You'll want somewhere you can sit quietly for an hour without being interrupted. Most women feel calm and settled afterwards, sometimes a bit emotional in a good way, occasionally tired. You can drive. You can do the school run. You can get on with your evening.

Each month follows the shape of the moon: practices that activate when you need momentum, practices that settle when you need rest, ritual woven in throughout. Nothing that requires candles you don't own or a morning routine you can't sustain.

Because I believe the village it takes to raise a child isn't just the physical one.

About Me

I'm Charlie.

Breathwork facilitator, nervous system nerd, working witch, and someone who knows exactly what it feels like to lose yourself inside motherhood.

A few years ago, I was holding everything together on the outside and quietly unravelling underneath. I remember standing in front of the fridge trying to make a cheese wrap and not being able to think of the steps. My mind flooded. My body froze. I knew something had to change.

I took three months off work. Not to escape,  to come back. Back to my body. Back to my breath. Back to something I couldn't quite name yet, but knew I needed.

Part of what I found was bees. A living, breathing system where nothing is forced, nothing is rushed, everything moves in rhythm. The hive doesn't hustle. It pulses. That became my first doorway,  into breathwork, the nervous system, the lunar cycle, and eventually into the work I do now.

I'm a working witch. I've been taught, I practise, and I bring that into everything I do here,  the light stuff, the nature-rooted stuff, the "everything has energy and I'm going to work with it" stuff. Not the dark arts. Not anything dramatic. Just a deep belief that the moon, the breath, the body and the moment are all connected, and that most of us were never taught how to use that.

I work with mothers who are where I was. I help them stop white-knuckling through their days and start actually moving with their own energy,  through breathwork that's shaped to the lunar cycle, nervous system tools they can use in real time, and a little bit of magic woven through all of it. I also work as an ADHD coach for children, which means if you have a neurodivergent kid, you're in good company here. But you don't need one,  this work is for you regardless.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need any experience with breathwork?

No. I'll guide you through everything. You just need to show up.

What if I can't make the live sessions?

Everything in the membership is recorded. The live gatherings are optional extras, lovely if you can make them, not a problem if you can't.

I'm not really into the "witchy" stuff. Is this still for me?

Possibly. The lunar cycle framing is about working with natural rhythms, it's grounded, practical and gives the practice a shape across the month. The ritual elements are gentle and optional. If you read this page and something pulls you in, trust that.

I've tried things before and they haven't lasted. Why would this be different?

Because it's built for your actual life, not an idealised version of it. Practices that shift with the month so you're not doing the same thing on repeat and wondering why it stops working. And a community of women in exactly the same situation, which turns out to matter more than most people expect.

I'm a working mum with almost no time. Is this realistic?

It's designed for you specifically. If you have a reasonably quiet corner of your house, you have enough.
